3. Fixed Asset

Prerequisite: SunSystems Financial concepts. Some understanding of Asset Depreciation.

4. Annual Maintenance
The General Conference has negotiated an excellent rate for the annual maintenance and support of the software. Under the contract, you will receive free upgrades of the software. In addition, a support structure has been established that will provide user support on a tiered basis. For more information on support, go to the "Contact Us" Page.
Because the annual fee is based on the number of licenses issued to your office, you will want to make certain not to take more licenses than you can afford to purchase.
It will be relatively simple to increase the number of users if you find out that you need more; however, you will not be able to decrease the number of users. Please do not overestimate your need initially.
